I cannot rave enough about how well KARS provided me quality, professional and efficient service to my automobile. I had a nagging antifreeze leak that another automotive dealer’s service charged me excessively to fix by essentially replacing every part of the cooling system and the leak wouldn’t stop. They drew a line and suggested I take my vehicle elsewhere, so I tried KARS based on reviews and personal recommendations from people I know. I wish I had gone to KARS first for so many reasons. They got me scheduled quickly, they kept in contact regularly throughout the problem assessment and the intended fix. They set reasonable expectations and let me know the details. They were open to discussions and solutions. Tom at the desk deserves a reward and an award for how helpful he is. Kudos to my mechanic who found the issue and fixed it the proper way. It’s been several days and several car trips and not a drop of antifreeze on my garage floor. Seriously, bring your vehicles here to get the kind of service you and your car deserve. I couldn’t be happier with my service experience and I hope yours is as stellar as mine. All my vehicles are going to KARS for service and inspection from this point forward.
